Phantasmic waking up in a lab not knowing where he is, when opening his eyes his left eye was a bit messed up so Phantasmic found an eyepatch laying on the floor covered in blood but cleaned it and put it over his left eye after a few minutes his eye started to focus and he could finally see where he was, Phantasmic was shocked to see that the walls were covered in blood, heads hanging from the ceiling, bodies laying on the floor, and he could hear a voice saying ' you finally woke up' Phantasmic didnt pay mind to this at first but later on he would know the spirit by the name Phantom, Being very weak Phantasmic decides to scavange for remaining recourses that could prove usefull for Phantasmic's adventure, after collecting a few things like food and tools, he left the lab, finding himself at an abandoned campsite Phantasmic decides to stay there for a week or 2, day 11 of Phantasmic being at that campsite he finds a tall figure stumble out of the dark woods towards him scared Phantasmic Drew his sword Skill issue, but after seeing this tall figure standing at a height of 7'3 he sees a grey skinned human, Alister. Unable to return to his body, Phantasmic was later resurrected and possessed by Phantom. Phantasmic being a person from ancient times, he used to be able to use magic, but after the war of ℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷ ᓭᒷ⍊ᒷリℸ ̣ ⍑ ᓭ⚍リ all magic was wiped out, and the high ranks of magic thought Phantasmic was to blame because of the usage of black magic in the war of ℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷ ᓭᒷ⍊ᒷリℸ ̣ ⍑ ᓭ⚍リ. He doesnt care about many people unless they are already friends. His normal self can be nice but chooses not to. One being his regular self and the other being his possessed form (Phantom).

More generally, the retrieval of a Hobbesian constituent power provides an important challenge to contemporary theories by demonstrating how partisan constructions of constituent power shape the political options available to groups.Wearing a crown and a hoodie, Phantasmic looks like a normal human, but nobody knows what his species is. In Leviathan, he showed constituent power not to be a material power, but a world-making fiction that furnished political realities with ornamentation of the imagination, which might provide the beliefs and justifications to serve any number of political ends. Though a materialist, Hobbes appreciated the centrality of the imagination to politics, and he argued that constituent power was one such phantasm of the mind. I argue that constituent power is not a creative material power, but is a type of political claim that shapes the collective rights, responsibilities, and identity of “the people.” I do so by recovering Thomas Hobbes’s intervention into debates over constituent power among Scottish Presbyterians during the English Civil War. This paper excavates an alternative perspective from constituent power’s genealogy. Among many contemporary democratic theorists, this is understood as a collective capacity for innovation. The prevailing interpretation of constituent power is taken to be the extra-institutional capacity of a group, typically “the people,” to establish or revise the basic constitutional conditions of a state.
